FOR BIDS
City of Chubbuck, Idaho
Sealed bids for ap-
proximately 27,700 S.F. of
Asphalt Parking Lot will
be received by the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho, at the
office of the City Clerk,
5160 Yellowstone
Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho,
until 2:00 P.M., Tuesday
September 22, 1992, at
which time the bids duly
submitted will be opened
and read. A complete list
of materials and specifica-
tions for which the bids
are solicited is available at
the office of the City Engi-
neer, 5160 Yellowstone
Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho.
All bids must be delivered
under sealed cover, and
must contain one of the
following forms of bidders
security in the amount of
five percent (5%) of the
amount bid: cash, cash-
iers check payable to the
city, certified check pay-
able to the city, or bid-
der's bond executed by a
qualified surety company
payable to the city. The
city reserves the right to
reject any and all bids, or
to accept the lowest re-
sponsible bid, or any item
of any such bid, deemed
most advantageous to the
city. Bidders are hereby
notified that acceptance of
this contract by the suc-
cessful bidder constitutes
certification that the bidder
is or will be in full compli-
ance with applicable
Federal and/or State law.
