NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN that the Land Use
and Development Com-
mission of the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho will con-
duct a public hearing at
8:00 pm, October 1, 1992,
at the Chubbuck City Of-
fice, 5160 Yellowstone
Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho,
with respect to the follow-
ing items:
1. A proposal by Amerl-
can Heritage Inc. Box
2684, Pocatello for a
Change in Land Use Dis-
trict upon requested
annexation to Single Fam-
ilv Residential (R-1) for
property lonted on the
north end of Constitution
and Independence.
2. An application by
American Heritage Inc. for
a review of preliminary
plat of Heritage West No.
4 subdivision, a subdivi-
sion located on a tract of
land at the north end of
north end of Constitution
and Independence.
FURTHER NOTICE IS
HEREBY GIVEN that on
13th of October, 1992 at
the hour of 7:30 p.m., in
the City Municipal Build-
ing, 5160 Yellowstone
Avenue, the City Council
will hold a hearing con-
cerning the above items
together with the recom-
mendations of the Land
Use and Development
Commission.
A COPY OF THE
APPLICATIONS ARE ON
FILE AT THE CITY
OFFICE FOR YOU TO
REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY
MUST BE SUBMITTED 3
DAYS PRIOR TO HEAR-
INGS.
YOU MAY APPEAL IN
WRITING THE DECISION
OF THE LAND USE
BOARD TO THE CITY
COUNCIL WITHIN 25
DAYS OF THE LAND
USE MEETING.
INTERESTED CITIZENS

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
