PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN that the Chubbuck
City Council, Chubbuck,
Idaho will conduct a public
hearing at 7:30 p.m.,
November 101h., 1992, at
the Chubbuck City
Offices, 5150 Yellowstone
Ave., Chubbuck, Idaho
with respect to the follow-
ing item:
A proposal by the City of
Chubbuck to change the
City's Comprehensive
Plan Land Use Pattern for
that portion of the NE
Quarter (NE 114) of Sec-
tion 11, Township 6
South, Range 34 E.B.M.
lying east of Interstate 15.
It is proposed that the
land use pattern be
changed from Single
Family Residential (R-1)
to General Commercial
(0-2). Streets affected by
the change wiil be East
Chubbuck Road lying east
of 1.15 and Fairgrounds
Road.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
