GIVEN that the City
Council of the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho will con-
duct a public hearing at
7:30 p.m., Tuesday,
November 24, 1992, at
the Chubbuck City Of-
fices, 5160 Yellowstone
Ave., Chubbuck, Idaho
with respect to the fcilow-
Ing:
An application by Marvin
J. Christensen to vacate
Lots 1, 2 and 3, along
with an adjoined portion
of Talbot Drive in Aero
Park Subdivision. The
land Is located on the
northeast end of Buffalo
Road adjacent to city lim-
its.
