NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN that the Chubbuck
City Council, Chubbuck,
Idaho will conduct a public
hearing at7:30 p.m.,
December 8, 1992, at the
Chubbuck City Offices,
5160 Yellowstone Ave.,
Chubbuck, Idaho with
respect to the following
items:
1. A proposal by the City
of Chubbuck to establish
the maximum ratio of lot
depth to lot width.
2. A proposal by the City
of Chubbuck to amend
Chapter 18.14.020(c) to
reduce the size of trees
growing from two to two
and one-half inches to
one to one and one-half
inches.
