GIVEN that the Chubbuck
City Council, Chubbuck,
Idaho wi€I conduct a public
hearing at 7:30 p.m.,
December 9, 1992, at the
Ch+,hbuck City Offices,
51:. Yellowstone Ave.,
Chubbuck, Idaho with
respect to the following
item:
A proposal by £:he City of
Chubbuck to change the
City's Comprehensive
Plan Land Use Pattern for
that portion of the NE
Quarter (NE 1/4) of Sec-
tion 11, Township 6
South, Range 34 E.B.M.,
lying east of Interstate 15.
It is proposed that the
land use pattern be
changed from Single
Family Residential (R-1)
to General Commercial
(C-2). Streets affected by
the cl «ange will be East
Chubbuck Road lying east
of 1-15 and Fairgrounds
Road.

WRITTEN TESTIMONY

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
