IDAHO, PROVIDING FOR
CHANGE OF LAND USE
DISTRICT WITH RE-
SPECT TO CERTAIN
LANDS WITHIN THE
BOUNDARIES OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK
LOCATED IN THE NWIA
SWIA, SECTION 10,
TOWNSHIP 6 SOUTH,
RANGE 34 E.B.M., FROM
AGRICULTURAL (A) TO
GENERAL COMMERCIAL
(C•2 ; DECLARING THAT
1"H CITY COUNCIL
FINDS THAT SUCH
CHANGE IN LAND USE
DISTRICT IS COMPAT-
IBLE WITH THE LAND
USE PATTERN PRE-
SCRIBED BY THE
CITY'S COMPREHEN-
SIVE PLAN; AND PRO-
VIDING WHEN THIS
ORDINANCE SHALL BE-
COME EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY
THE MAYOR AND
COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO:
SECTION 1. Change of
Land Use District. Pursu-
ant to Public Hearing and
Council approval on ,lune
25, 1985, the land use
district established by the
Chubbuck Land Use
Ordinance, with respect to
the lands described on
the attached Exhibit "A",
located within the bound-
aries of the City of Chub -
buck, Is hereby changed
from Agricultural (A) to
General Commercial
C-2):
ECTION 2. Comprehen-
sive Plan. The Mayor and
Council find, and therefore
declare, that the foregoing
changes in the Land Use
Districts established in
Title 18, Chubbuck Code,
are consistent with the
land use pattern pre-
scribed by the City's
Comprehensive Plan for
the above-described prop-
erty. DESCRIPTION
Pine Ridge Mall, 1st Addi-
tion, described as:
A parcel of land located in
the SW1/4 of Section 10,
Township 6 South, Range
34 E.B.M., more particu-
larly described as follows.
Beginning at the S 1/16
corner on the West line of
Section 10, a found rail-
road spike (Instrument
No. 752838; thence
North 89°33 59" East
along the South 1116 line
of said Section 10, 25.08

being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says; That— she
was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
to -wit:
