REQUEST FOR PROPO-
SALS
TO OPERATE COTANT
PARK CONCESSION
STAND
The City of Chubbuck will
receive proposals to op-
erate the Cotant Park
Concession Stand dur-
ing 1997 events. Ev-
ents occurring at Cotant
Park could include (but
not limited to) Chub -
buck Boys Baseball,
Youth Soccer, and First
Security Games. All are
scheduled to use Cot -
ant Park at various
times beginning the end
of April and going
through October 1997.
The range of athletic
events and calendar will
be subject to negotia-
tion.
The contractor will be ex-
pected to supply all la-
bor, materials, and oth-
er supplies, appropriate
permits and licenses,
etc., to serve or dis-
pense food at the con-
cession stand. The city
will provide the building
including heat, water,
and electrical power and
basic equipment as ex-
isting in the concession
stand.
Proposals will be received
by the city until 2;00 pm
Monday, February 24,
1997. Proposals should
be sent to the attention
of Larry Miller, Parks
and Recreation Director.
The City of Chubbuck will
consider the proposals
deemed most advanta-
geous to the city.
