Notice is hereby given
that the Land Use and
Development Commis-
sion of the City of Chub -
buck, Idaho will conduct
a public hearing at 8:00
p.m., March 6, 1997 of
the Chubbuck City Of-
fice, 5160 Yellowstone
Ave., Chubbuck, Idaho
with respect to the fol-
lowing item:
1. An application by L.
Don Hammond, Dale
Hancock and Scott
Jackson of Affordable
Residential Communi-
ties, 555 17th Street,
Suite 850, Denver CO.
80202 for a conditional
use permit for a class II
Production building clus-
ter arrangement;.a pre-
iiminary plat and a
change in Land Use
District upon requested
annexation to R-3 Gen-
eral Residential. Prop-
erty is located west of
10555 N. Hiline Rd. and
south of 4600 Hiline
Brairwood Subdivision.
FURTHER NOTICE IS
HEREBY GIVEN that
on March 11, 1997 at
the hour of 7:30 p.m.,
in the City Municipal
Building, 5160 Yellow-
stone, the City Council
will hold a public hear-
ing on the above item
together with the rec-
ommendationS of the
Land Use and Develop-
ment Commission.
