NANCE NO. 468
An ordinance of the City
of Chubbuck, a munici-
pal corporation of the
state of Idaho, amend-
ing Sections 18.08 and
18,20 of the Chubbuck
Municipal Code to pro-
vide for the elimination
for a conditional use
permit as requirement
of r planned unit devel-
opment, to streamline
the PUD permit appro-
val process to provide
that the developer shall
file a preliminary devel-
opment plan and pre-
liminary plat with the
Land Use and Develop-
ment Commission; to
provide that the Com-
mission shall recom-
mend to the city council
whether or not the pre-
liminary development
plan and preliminary
plat should be ap-
proved; providing fur-
ther that it the prelimi-
nary plat and prelimi-
nary development plan
are approved by the
City Council, no further
filings need to be made
with the Land Use and
Development Commis-
sion unless directed by
the City Council; provid-
€ng for the repeal of
conflicting ordinances;
providing that all other
provisions of Chapters
18.08 and 18.20 not
herein amended shall
remain in full force and
effect; providing for the
severability of the provi-
sions of this ordinance
and providing that this
ordinance shall bek in
full force and effect after
its passage, approval
and publication as fol-
lowed by law.
