Notice is hereby given
that the Land Use and
Development Commis-
sion of the City of Chub -
buck, Idaho will conduct
a public hearing at 8:00
p.m., April 3, 1997 at
the Chubbuck City Of-
fice, 5160 Yellowstone
Ave., Chubbuck, Idaho
with respect to the fol-
lowing item:
1. An application by Con
Jensen, 8294 W. Buck-
skin , for review of a
preliminary plat for Bur-
ley Bonanza Commer-
cial Tract. Property is
presently zoned Indus-
trial (1). A subdivision
located at 4604 Burley
Drive.
FURTHER NOTICE IS
HEREBY GIVEN that
on April 8, 1997 at the
hour of 7:30 p.m., in the
City Municipal Building,
5160 Yellowstone, the
City Council will hold a
public hearing on the
above item together
with the recommenda-
tions of the Land Use
and Development Com-
mission.
