Notice is hereby given
that the Land Use and
Development Commis-
sion of the City of Chub -
buck, Idaho will conduct
a public hearing at 8:00
P.m., May 1, 1997 at
the Chubbuck City Of-
fice, 5160 Yellowstone
Ave., Chubbuck, Idaho
with respect to the fol-
lowing item:
1. An application by Gary
Ratliff, Intermountain
Companies, 4970 Ap-
ache, Pocatello, Idaho
for review of a prelimi-
nary plat for East Chub -
buck Road Develop-
ment, located at 306 E.
Chubbuck Road.
2. An application by Mike
Bird, Heritage Develop-
ment, P.O. Box 2684,
Pocatello, Idaho for re-
view of a preliminary
plat for Whitaker Road,
located at the corner of
Whitaker and Siphon
Roads.
3. An application by Bob
Elzner, Western Design,
4626 Mountain Park
Road, Chubbuck, Idaho
for review of a prelimi-
nary plat for Vista Park
1st. Addition Subdivi-
sion. Located at the
north end of Mary Lane
and Rebecca Drive, Vis-
ta Park Subdivision.
FURTHER NOTICE IS
HEREBY GIVEN that
on May 13, 1997 at the
hour of 7:30 p.m., in the
City Municipal Building,
5160 Yellowstone, the
City Council will hold a
public hearing on items
#f, #2, and #3 above,
together with the rec-
ommendations of the
Land Use and Develop-
ment Commission,

THE CITY OFFICE
FOR YOU TO REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY
AND PETITIONS MUST
BE SUBMITTED 7
DAYS PRIOR TO THE
HEARINGS,
YOU MAY APPEAL IN
WRITING THE DECI-
SION OF THE LAND
USE BOARD TO THE
CITY COUNCIL WITHIN
25 DAYS OF THE
LAND USE MEETING.
INTERESTED CITIZENS
MAY APPEAR with re-
gard to the foregoing
