Notice is hereby given
that the Land Use and
Development Commis-
sion of the City of Chub -
buck, Idaho will conduct
apublic hearing at 8:00
p. m., June 5, 1997 at
the Chubbuck City Of-
fice, 5160 Yellowstone
Ave., Chubbuck, Idaho
with respect to the fol-
lowing item:
1. An application by
Steve Campbell, 660
Park Lane, for a
change of land use dis-
trict to Dense Residen-
tial (R-4) for property at
146 Adams. Property is
presently zoned Limited
Residential (R-2).
2. An application by Mike
Bird, Heritage Develop-
ment, P.O. Box 2684,
Pocatello, Idaho for a
change in Land Use
District, upon requested
annexation, to Single
Family Residential, (R-
1), for property located
at corner of Whitaker
and Siphon Roads.
Property is presently
zoned, Agricultural, (A).
FURTHER NOTICE IS
HEREBY GIVEN that
on June 10, 1997 at
the hour of 7:30 p.m., in
the City Municipal Build-
ing, 5160 Yellowstone,
the City Councsl will hold
a public hearing on the
above items together
with the recommenda-
tions of the Land Use
and Development Com-
mission.
A COPY OF THE APPLI-
CATION IS ON FILE AT
THE CITY OFFICE
FOR YOU TO REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY
AND PETITIONS MUST
BE SUBMITTED 7
DAYS PRIOR TO THE
HEARINGS.
YOU MAY APPEAL IN
WRITING THE DECI-
SION OF THE LAND
USE BOARD TO THE
CITY COUNCIL WITHIN
25 DAYS OF THE
LAND USE MEETING.
INTERESTED CITIZENS
MAY APPEAR with re-
gard to the foregoing
items, and at the time
indicated will be given
an opportunity to be
heard in support of, or
in opposition to the pro-
posal.
