CITY OF CHUBBUCK
Notice is hereby given
that the Land Use and
Development Commis-
sion of the City of Chub -
buck, Idaho will conduct
a public hearing at 8:00
p.m., June 5, 1997 at
the Chubbuck City Of-
fice, 5160 Yellowstone
Ave., Chubbuck, Idaho
with respect to the fol-
lowing item:
1. An application by Bob
Elzner, Western Design
for review of a Prelimi-
nary Plat for Vista Park
subdivision 1st Addition.
Property is presently
zoned Single Family
Residential (R-1). A
subdivision located at
end of Mary Lane and
Rebecca Drive.
2. An application by Jo-
seph Osier, 11010 W.
Hickory Boise, Idaho for
review of a Preliminary
Plat for Misti Manor 3rd
Addition. Property is
presently zoned Limited
Residential (R-2). A sub-
division locate east of
Misti Manor, South Side
of West Chubbuck
Road.
FURTHER NOTICE IS
HEREBY GIVEN that
on June 10, 1997 at
the hour of 7:30 p.m., in
the City Municipal Build-
ing, 5160 Yellowstone,
the City Council will hold
a public hearing on the
above items together
with the recommenda-
tions of the Land Use
and Development Com-
mission.

THE CITY OFFICE
FOR YOU TO REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY
AND PETITIONS MUST
BE SUBMITTED 7
DAYS PRIOR TO THE
HEARINGS.

SION OF THE LAND
USE BOARD TO THE
CITY COUNCIL WITHIN
25 DAYS OF THE
LAND USE MEETING.
