THE APPROPRIATION
ORDINANCE FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR BEGIN-
NING OCTOBER 1, 1996
AND ENDING SEPTEM-
BER 30, 1997; APPRO-
PRIATING ADDITIONAL
MONIES THAT ARE TO
BE RECEIVED BY THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK
IDAHO, IN THE SUM OF
$120,727.68 AND PRO-
VIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
MAYOR AND COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK, IDAHO:
Section 1. The Ordinance
No. 460, the appropria-
tion ordinance for the
City of Chubbuck, Idaho,
for the fiscal year com-
mencing October 1996,
and ending September
30, 1997, be and the
same is here by amend-
ed as follows:
That the additional sum
of $12Q,727.68 be ap-
propriated out of the re-
venues from a Federal
Grant, Capital Improve-
ment Funds and Police
Training Fund in the sum
of $120,727.66, to be
used for authorized ac-
tivities.
SECTION 2: This ordi-
nance shall be in full
force and effect from and
after its passage, app-
roval, and publication.

MAYOR OF THE CITY
OF CHUBBUCK, IDA-
