AN ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
IDAHO, ANNEXING
CERTAIN LANDS TO
BE INCLUDED WITHIN
THE BOUNDARIES
AND JURISDICTIONAL
LIMITS OF THE CITY
OF CHUBBUCK, IDA-
HO; SPECIFYING THE
ZONING CLASSIFICA-
TION WHICH SHALL
BE APPLIED TO SAID
LANDS NEWLY AN-
NEXED TO THE CITY
OF CHUBBUCK; DI-
RECTING THE CHUB -
BUCK CITY CLERK TO
COMPLY WITH THE
FILING REQUIRE-
MENTS CONTAINED IN
IDAHO CODE SECTION
63-2215; REPEALING
PRIOR CONFLICTING
ORDINANCES; PRO-
VIDING FOR THE
SEVERABILITY OF
THE PROVISIONS OF
THIS ORDINANCE;
AND PROVIDING
WHEN THIS ORDI-
NANCE SHALL BE-
COME EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY
THE MAYOR AND
COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CHUBBUCK, IDA-
HO:
Section 1. Annexation.
The following described
lands, located within
Bannock County and
contiguous to the exist-
ing boundaries of the
City of Chubbuck, Idaho
are hereby annexed
and included within the
boundaries and jurisdic-
tional limits of the City
of Chubbuck, Idaho:
Tract A: Alenskis - 11573
N. Whitaker Road - See
Exhibit "A"
Tract B: Ellis School -
11888 N. Whitaker
Road - See Exhibit "B"
Tract C: Hiline Acres
Subdivision - Lots 1, 2,
and 3 of Hiline Acres
Subdivision according to
the official plat thereof
on file with the Bannock
County Recorder and
which is more particular-
ly described on the at-
tached Exhibit °B"
Section 2. Zoning. The
above-described lands
newly annexed to the
City of Chubbuck, Ida-
ho, shall be subject to
the zoning classification
of Single Family Resi-
dential (R-1).

being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: Thal. 5xE
was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published In the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
