conduct a public hear-
ing at 8:00 pm January
8, 1998, at the Chub -

Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho, will
respect to the following
item;
1. An application by

Gary Chisum, 1135 Yel-
lowstone, Suite D, Po-
catello, Idaho for a Res-
idential Planned Unit
Development (PUD);
change in Land Use
District to Dense Resi-
dential, (R-4); Prelimi-
nary Development Plan
with its accompanying
Preliminary Plat for Vigi-
sum Subdivision. Lo-
cated at 4820 Whitaker
Road- North of East
Chubbuck. Property is
presently zoned, Limit-
ed Residential (R-2),

on January 13, 1398 at
the hour of 7:30 pm in
the City Municipal Build-
ing, 5160 Yellowstone,
the City Council will hold
a public hearing on the
above item together
with the recommenda-
tions of the Land Use
and Development Com-
mission.
