VIDE FOR PRORATED
BILLING WHERE
PROPERTY OCCUPIED
FOR MORE THAN ONE
MONTH; REPEALING
PRIOR CONFLICTING
ORDINANCES; PRO-
VIDING FOR THE
SEVERABILITY OF
THE PROVISIONS OF
THIS ORDINANCE;
PROVIDING THAT AL
OTHER SECTIONS
AND PROVISIONS OF
CHAPTER 13.04 NOT
HEREIN AMENDED
SHALL REMAIN IN
FULL FORCE AND EF-
FECT; AND PROVID-
ING WHEN THIS ORDI-
NANCE SHALL BE-
COME EFFECTIVE.

Section 1. Amended
13.04.040. Section
13.04.040 is amended
as follows:
13.04.040 Billing Period.
All services shall be
billed on a monthly ba-
sis. The billing period
for water serve shall ex-
tend from the sixteenth
day of one calendar
month to the fifteenth
day of the succeeding
calendar month. The
billing period for gar-
bage collection and
sewer service shall ex-
tend from the first to the
fast day of each calen-
dar month. Any lot,
property, building, or
residence owned or oc-
cupied for a period 4.

month shall be entitled
to a prorate refund for
any full day of the billing
period during which the
premises were un -
owned or unoccupied.

published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
