conduct a public hear-
ing at 8:00 pm January
8, 1998, at the Chub -
buck City Office, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho, will
respect to the following
item:

a Preliminary Plat for

Development. Property

Yellowstone Highway

Brae Subdivision). Prop-
erty is presently zoned
General Commercial (C-
2).
FURTHER NOTICE IS
HEREBY GIVEN that

the City. Municipal Build-
ing, 5160 Yellowstone,
the City Council will hold
a public hearing on the
above item together
with the recommenda-
tions of the Land Use
and Development Com-
mission.
