Commission of the City
of Chubbuck, Idaho will
conduct a public hear-
ing at 8:00 pm, March
7, 1996, at the Chub -
buck City Office, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho, with
respect to the following
item:
1. An application by Scott

Road, Chubbuck, Idaho
and Mack Losser, 839
Park Lane, Pocatello,
Idaho, for review of a
preliminary plat for
Beech Subdivision. A
subdivision located
North of Vista Park 1st
addition.
FURTHER NOTICE IS
HEREBY GIVEN that

in the City Municipal

stone, the city council
will hold a public hear-

ment commission.
