HO; SPECIFYING THE
ZONING CLASSIFICA-
TION WHICH SHALL
BE APPLIED TO SAID
LANDS NEWLY AN-
NEXED TO THE CITY
OF CHUBBUCK; DI-
RECTING THE CHUB -
BUCK CITY CLERK TO
COMPLY WITH THE
FILING REQUIRE-
MENTS CONTAINED IN
IDAHO CODE SECTION
63-2215; REPEALING
PRIOR CONFLICTING
ORDINANCES; PRO-
VIDING FOR THE
SEVERABILITY OF
THE PROVISIONS OF
THIS ORDINANCE;
AND PROVIDING
WHEN THIS ORDI-
NANCE SHALL BE-
COME EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY
THE MAYOR AND
COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CHUBBUCK, IDA-
HO:
Section 1. Annexation.
The following described
lands, located within
Bannock County and
contiguous to the exist-
ing boundaries of the
City of Chubbuck, Idaho
are hereby annexed
and included within the
boundaries and jurisdic-
tional limits of the City
of Chubbuck Idaho:
Subdivision Name: Herit-
ageWest No. 5.
Legal Description:
A tract of Land in the
southwest quarter of
Section 4, Township 6
South, Range 34 East,
Boise Meridian, de-
scribed as follows:
BEGINNING at the north-
west corner of Heritage
West No. 4, a subdivi-
sion recorded in the
records of Bannock
County as instrument
93018331; thence
Easterly along the north
boundary of Heritage
west No. 4 for the next
five (5). courses: (1)
North 89 35'22" East for
a distance of 270.00
feet thence (2) North
87°33'44" East for a dis-
tance of 286.84 feet;
thence (3) North
89°35'22" East for a

Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL., on the following dates,
