Warks Office Addition
consisting of approx-
imately 2,800 square
feet of area will be re-
ceived by the City of
Chubbuck at the office
of the City Clerk, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho until
2:00 p.m. Tuesday,
April 16, 1996 at which
time the bids duly sub-
mitted will be opened
and read. Performance
specification for which
the bids are solicited is
available at the office of
the Public Works Direc-
tor, 5160 Yellowstone
Avenue, Chubbuck,
Idaho. All bids must be
delivered under sealed
cover and must contain
one of the following
forms of bidders security
in the amount of 5%
(five percent) of the
amount bid: cash, cash-
iers check payable to
the City, certified check
payable to the City or
Bidders Bond executed
by a qualified Surety
Company payable to
the City. The City re-
serves the right to reject
any and all bids or to
accept the lowest re-
sponsible bid or any
item of any such bid
being most advanta-
geous to the City. Bid-
ders are hereby notified
that acceptance of this
contact by the success-
ful bidder constitutes
certification that the bid-
der is or wi€I be in full
compliance with appli-
cable Federal and/or
State Law.
