feet of area will be re-
ceived by the City of
Chubbuck at the office
of the City Clerk, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho until
2:00 p.m. Tuesday,
May 14, 1996 at which
time the bids duly sub-
mitted will be opened
and read. Performance
specifications for which
the bids are solicited is
available at the office of
the Public Works Direc-
tor, 5160 Yellowstone
Avenue, Chubbuck,
Idaho. All bids must be
delivered under sealed
cover and must contain
one of the following
forms of bidders security
in the mount of 5% (five
percent) of the amount
bid: cash, cashiers
check payable to the
City, certified check
payable to the City or
Bidders Bond executed
by a qualified Surety
Company payable to
the City. The City re-
serves the right to reject
any and all bids or to
accept the lowest re-
sponsible bid or any
item of any such bid be-
ing most advantagous
to the City. Bidders are
hereby notified that ac-
ceptance of this con-
tract by the seccessful
bidder constitutes certifi-
cation that the bidder is
or will be in full com-
pliance with applicable
Federal .and/or State
