Clerk, 5160 Yellowstone
Avenue, Chubbuck,
Idaho until 2:00 p.m.
Tuesday, June 25,
1996 at which time the
bids duly submitted will
be opened and read. A
complete list of materi-
als and specifications
for which the bids are
solicited is available at
the office of the City En-
gineer, 5160 Yellow-
stone Avenue, Chub -
buck, Idaho. All bids
must be delivered under
sealed cover, and must
contain one of the fol-
lowing forms of bidders
security in the mount of
5% (five percent) of the
amount bid; cash, cash-
iers check payable to
the city, certified check
payable to the city or
Bidders Bond executed
by a qualified surety
company payable to
the city. The city re-
serves the right to reject
any and all bids or to
accept the lowest re-
sponsible bid or any
item of any such bid
being most advanta-
geous to the city. Bid-
ders are hereby notified
that acceptance of this
contract by the success-
ful bidder constitutes
certification that the bid-
der is or will be in full
compliance with appli-
cable Federal and/or
State Law.
