NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN that the Land
Use and Development
Commission of the City
of Chubbuck, Idaho will
conduct a public hear-
ing at 8:00 lam., July
11, 1996, at the Chub -
buck City Office, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho, with
respect to the following
item:
1. An application by iris
Glover, 123 Stuart for a
Conditional Use Permit
to convert residence to
a duplex. Property is
presently zoned Gener-
al Commercial (C-2).
2. An application by
Douglas Jayco, Scott
Jenkins, and Linda
Hines, 3361 N. Jones
Place, Boise, ID 83704
for review of a prelimi-
nary plat Ridgewind. A
subdivision located at
4080 Hawthorne.
3. An application by Gary
Carlsen, 720 Buffalo
Road, Chubbuck Idaho
for a change in Land
Use District upon re-
quested annexation to
Single Family Residen-
tial (R-1) for property lo-
cated east of Buffalo
Road at Little Pocatello
Creek. Property is pre-
sently zoned Agricultural
(A).
FURTHER NOTICE IS
HEREBY GIVEN that
on July 23, 1996 at the
hour of 7:30 p.m., in
the City Municipal Build-
ing, 5160 Yellowstone,
the city council will hold
a public hearing on
items 42, and #3,
above together with the
recommendations of
the Land Use and De-
velopment commission.
A COPY OF THE APPLI-
CATION IS ON FILE AT
THE CITY OFFICE FOR
YOU TO REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY
AND PETITIONS MUST
BE SUBMITTED 7
DAYS PRIOR TO
HEARINGS.
YOU MAY APPEAL IN
WRITING THE DECI-
SION OF THE LAND
USE BOARD TO THE
CITY COUNCIL WITHIN
25 DAYS OF THE
LAND USE MEETING.
INTERESTED CITIZENS
MAY APPEAR with re-
gard to the foregoing
items, and at the time
indicated will be given

being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That SHE
was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, punted and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
