sure/velocity water jott-
ing maintenance clean-
ing of approximately
30,000 linear feet of
sanitary sewer main will
be received by the City
of Chubbuck, Idaho at
the office of the City
Clerk, 5160 Yellowstone
Avenue, Chubbuck,
Idaho until 2:00 p.m.
August 27, 1996. Bids
duly submitted at that
time will be opened and
read. A complete spec-
ification for which the
bids are solicited is
available at the office of
the Public Works Direc-
tor, 5160 Yellowstone
Avenuo, Chubbuck,
Idaho. All bids must be
delivered under sealed
cover and must contain
one of the following
forms of bidders securi-
ty in the amount of five
percent (5%) of the
amount bid, cash, cash-
iers check payable to
the city, certified check
payable to the city, or
bidders bond executed
by a qualified surety
company payable to
the city. The city re-
serves the right to reject
any and all bids, or to
accept the lower re-
sponse bid, or any item
Of any such bid deemed
most advantageous to
the city.
