Section 1. Section
15.24.030. The follow-
ing Section 15.24.030
is added to the Chub -
buck Municipal Code:
15.24.030 Re ulati n of
Billboards.
A. A billboard is defined
as a sign that is an out-
door advertising sign
which advertise goods,
products or services
that are not sold on the
premises upon which
the sign is located and
which sign mounted
upon a pole or structure
in such a manner that
it is directed to vehicu-
lar or pedestrian traffic.
Thisdefinition shall not
include any sign that is
placed by or at the di-
rection of any political
subdivision of the State
of Idaho or the United
States Government. It
shall not include any
temporary sign defined
in Chapter 15.24 of the
Chubbuck Municipal
