Sealed bids for high pres-
sure/velocity water jett-
ing maintenance clean-
ing of approximately
30,000 linear feet of
sanitary sewer main will
be received by the City
of Chubbuck, Idaho at
the office of the City
Clerk, 5160 Yellowstone
Avenue, Chubbuck,
Idaho until 2:00 p.m.
September 17, 1996.
Bids duly submitted at
that time will be opened
and read. A complete
specification for which
the bids are solicited is
available at the office of
the Public Works Direc-
tor, 5160 Yellowstone
Avenue, Chubbuck,
Idaho. All bids must be
delivered under sealed
cover and must contain
one of the following
forms of bidders security
in the amount of five
percent (5%) of the
amount bid, cash,
cashiers check payable
to the city, certified
check payable to the
city, or bidders bond ex-
ecuted by a qualified
surety company pay-
able to the city. The city
reserves the right to re-
ject any and all bids, or
to accept the lower re-
sponse bid, or any item
of any such bid deemed
most advantageous to
the city.
