Section 2.28.020. Sec -
lion 2.2 6.020 of the
Chubbuck Municipal
Code is amended as
follows:
2.28.202 Membership:
terms of office. A. The
planning commission
shall consist of nine
members to be appoint-
ed by the mayor with
the consent and appro-
val of the council, one
bf which members shall
be a member of the
Council; provided, fur-
ther that one member
appointed shall also be
a member of the Ban-
nock County planning
committee or similar in-
tergovernmen tal plan -
sling agency.
B. The member who is a

commission decisions

pleasure of the mayor
