IDAHO, VACATING
THE JEFF LANE
RIGHT-OF-WAY ON
THE APPROVED AND
RECORDED PLAT OF
BAR -X TRACTS SUBDI-
VISION, REPEALING
PRIOR CONFLICTING
ORDINANCES; PRO-
VIDING FOR THE
SEVERABILITY OF
THE PROVISIONS OF
THIS ORDINANCE;
AND PROVIDING
WHEN THIS ORDI-
NANCE SHALL BE
COME EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY
THE MAYOR AND
COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CHUBBUCK, IDA-
HO:
Section 1. Petition and
Notice. A petition has
been filed to vacate the
plat or portion of plat as
described in Section 2.
Notice of Public Hearing
has been given as re-
quired by Idaho Code §
50-1306A and a public
hearing was held pursu-
ant to statute on Sep-
tember 23, 1986.

The Jeff Lane right-of-
way shown on the origi-
nal plat of Bar -X Tracts
Subdivision, being sub-
division located in NE1/
4 of Section 5, Town-
ship 6 S. 34 EBM, Ban-
nock County, Idaho and
recorded March 2,
1977, as Instrument No.
571382 in the records
of Bannock County,
Idaho is hereby vacat-
ed.
Section 3. Recordina.
The City Clerk shall
transmit a certified copy
of the ordinance to the
Bannock County
Recorder for recording;
subject however to the
provisions of Idaho
Code § 50-1324 that all
taxes due be paid by
the landowner prior to
rescinding.
