town Improvement
Plan
NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN by the Chubbuck
City Council that an
amendment to the
Chubbuck Urban Rene-
wal District's Downtown
im ro�Plan has
been proposed by the
Chubbuck Development
Authority for considera-
tion by the council, and
that the proposed
amendment would at-
fect the allocation of
funds already noted in
the Plan to include park
improvements for Chub -
buck's public parks.
A Public Hearing will be
held by the Chubbuck
City Council pursuant to
Section 50-2008 of the
Idaho Code, at 7:30
PM, December 10,
1996, at Chubbuck City
Hail for the purpose of
obtaining comment on
the proposed plan
amendment.
The general scope of the
proposed plan amend-
ment includes the up-
grade of the public
parks operated by the
City of Chubbuck, Ida-
ho. This is an allowable
activity for urban rene-
wal districts, as noted in
Section 50-2007(b) of
the Idaho Code.
At the close of the hear-
ing, the Chubbuck City
Council may consider
adoption of an ordi-
nance/resolution imple-
menting the plan
amendment(s). Com-
ments or questions may
be directed to:
