that the City of Sub -
buck Idaho will conduct
a public hearing at 8:00
p.m., January 9, 1997
at the Chubbuck City
Office, 5160 Yellow-
stone Ave., Chubbuck,
Idaho with respect to
the following item:
1. A proposal by the City
of Chubbuck amending
section 18.08 and
18.20 eliminating a
conditional use as a re-
quest for a planned unit
development, and re-
viewing the Planned
Unit Development ap-
proval process.
FURTHER NOTICE IS
HEREBY GIVEN that
on January 14, 1997 at
the hour of 7:30 p.m. in
the City Municipal Build-
ing, 5160 Yellowstone,
the City Council will hold
a public hearing on the
above item together
with the recommenda-
tions of the Land Use
and Deveiopment Com-
mission.
