HOME OCCUPATION;
TO CLARIFY MAS-
SAGE BY AN UN-
TRAINED PERSON IS
NOT ALLOWED; RE-
PEALING PRIOR CON-
FLICTING ORDINANC-
ES; PROVIDING FOR
THE SEVERABILITY
OF THE PROVISIONS
OF THIS ORDINANCE;
PROVIDING THAT ALL
OTHER SECTIONS
AND PROVISIONS OF
CHAPTER 18.12 NOT
HEREIN AMENDED
SHALL REMAIN IN
FULL FORCE AND EF-
FECT; AND PROVID-
ING WHEN THIS ORDI-
NANCE SHALL BE-
COME EFFECTIVE.

OF CHUBBUCK, IDA-
HO:
Section 1. Section
18.12.030(2)(k) is
amended as follows:
2. Major home occupa-
tions - The following
regulations shall apply
to all major home occu-
pations.
k. Permitted major home
occupations, provided
the above regulations
are met, shall include
but are not necessarily
limited to the following:
(i) Any use allowed as a
minor home occupa-
tion;
(ii) Single -chair beauty
parlors and barber
shops;
(iii) Photo developing and
photo studios;
(iv) Organized classes
with up to six students
at one time;
(v) Television and other
electrical repairs exclud-
ing major appliances
such as refrigerators or
storage;
(vi) Small engine repairs,
excluding major auto-
mobiles, motorcycles
and snowmobiles;
vii) Upholstering;
viii) Dressmaking;
(ix) Woodworking exclud-
ing cabinet making; and
iX) gained massan_- ther-
apists..
