stone Avenue, Chub -
buck, Idaho, until 2:00
P.M., Tuesday March 9,
1999, at which time the
bids duly submitted will
be opened and read. A
complete fist of materi-
als and specifications
for which the bids are
solicited is available at
the office of the City En-
gineer, 5160 Yellow-
stone Avenue, Chub -
buck, Idaho. All bids
must be delivered or re-
ceived under sealed
cover and contain one
of the following forms of
bidders security in the
amount of five percent
(5%) of the amount bid;
cash, cashiers check
payable t the City, certi-
fied check payable to
the City, or bidder's
bond executed by a
qualified surety compa-
ny payable to the City.
The City reserves the
right to or any item of
any such bid, deemed
most advantageous to
the City. Bidders are
hereby notified that ac-
ceptance of this con-
tract by the successful
bidder constitutes certifi-
cation that the bidder is
or will be in full com-
pliance with applicable
Federal and/or State
law.
