NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN that the Land
Use and Development
Commission of the City
of Chubbuck, Idaho will
conduct a public hear-
ing at 8:00 p.m., June
3, 1999 at the Chub -
buck City Office, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho, with
respect to the following
item:
1. A conditional use per-
mit application by Geri
Barnard, P.O. Box
2553, Pocatello, Idaho
to place a Manufac-
tured home (Class li
Home) at Lot 6, Block 2
the Meadows Subdivi-
sion (4822 Polder). The
area is zoned R-2 Limit-
ed Residential.
2. An ordinance by the
City of Chubbuck to
change the definition of
a Class II Production
Building, to amend the
schedule of Land Use
Controls to define a
Class 11 Production
building as a permitted
use in certain residential
districts. Making a tech-
nical correction to sec-
tion 15.02.010 as
enacted by ordinance
473, amending
18.12.030K(6) to
change the front and
rear yard set backs for
existing production
building cluster arrange-
ments.
FURTHER NOTICE IS
HEREBY GIVEN that
on June 8, 1999 at the
hour of 7:30 p.m., in
the City Municipal Build-
ing, 5160 Yellowstone,
the City Council will hold
a public hearing on the
above item #2 together
with the recommenda-
tions of the Land Use
and Development Com-
mission.
