BAR X TRACTS PLAT
BEING EASEMENTS
FOR ROADS THAT ARE
NOT IN EXISTENCE;
REPEALING PRIOR
CONFLICTING ORDI-
NANCES; PROVIDING
FOR THE SEVERABILI.

NANCE; AND PROVID-
ING WHEN THIS ORDI-
NANCE SHALL BE.

Section 1. Vacation.
The following road
easements known as
Loyal and Faith Roads
on the Bar X Tracts and
more particularly de-
scribed as follows are
hereby vacated:
Loyal Road: The South
50 feet of Lot 3 Block 8
and the South 50 feet
of the South half of Lot
f, Block 7, Bar X Tracts,
Faith Road: The West 25
feet of Lot 3 Block 8
and the East 25 feet of
the South half of Lot 1,
Block 7, Bar X Tracts.
