Chubbuck City Office,
5160 Yellowstone Ave-
nue, Chubbuck, Idaho,
with respect to the fol-
lowing item:
1. An application by Har-
old Scalf, 5047 Eliza-
beth, Chubbuck, Idaho
for a Preliminary Plat for
Jordane Park Subdivi-
sion. Property is locat-
ed at west end of Gar-
den Drive at the inter-
section of Tree Valley
Road.
2. An application by Pam
and Nolan Hansen,
12141 N. Rio Vista
Road, Pocatello, Idaho,
for a Preliminary Plat for
Hansen Subdivision.
Property is located on
the corner of Rio Vista
and Siphon road.
FURTHER NOTICE IS
HEREBY GIVEN that on
September 14, 1999 at
the hour of 7:30 p.m., in
the City Municipal Build-
ing, 5160 Yellowstone,
the City Council will hold
a public hearing on the
above items(s) together
with the recommenda-
tions of the Land Use
and Development Com-
mission.
