NOTICE -OF -PUBLIC
HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN that the City
Council of the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho will
conduct a public hear-
ing at 7:45 p.m., Sep-
tember 14, 1999 at the
Chubbuck City Council
Chambers, 5160 Yel-
lowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho, with
respect to the following:
1. A petition by James H.
Henriksen and Phyllis R.
Henriksen, 14363 West
Promise Lane, Pocatel-
lo, Idaho and Jerry K.
Medrud and Jeanette
Medrud, 14349 West
Promise Lane, Pocatel-
lo, Idaho to vacate the
easement for the South
-portion of Loyal Road
crossing the above
named parcel and all of
Hope Road. These
easements can be
more particularly de-
scribed as:
LOYAL ROAD: The
south 50 feet of Lot 1,
Block 8, Bar X Tracts
(Henriksen property).
This request would
vacate the remaining
portion of Loyal Road.
HOPE ROAD: The east
25' of Lot 1, Block 8,
Bar X Tracts (Henriksen
property). the west 25'
of Lot 2, Block 8, Bar X
Tracts, (Medrud proper-
ty). The combined
Henriksen and Medrud
request would vacate
the entire Hope Road.

TION IS ON FILE AT
THE CITY OFFICE FOR
PUBLIC REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY
MUST BE SUBMITTED
3 DAYS PRIOR TO
HEARING.
INTERESTED CITIZENS

indicated will be given
an opportunity to be
