Council of the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho will
conduct a public hear-
ing at 7:30 p.m., Sep-
tember 14, 1999 at the
Chubbuck City Council
Chambers, 5.160 Yel-
lowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho, with
respect to the following:
1. Reconsideration of a
petition by Don & Char-
lene Anderson, 11620
Faith Road, Pocatello,
Idaho to vacate a por-
tion of plat of Bar X
Tracts, known as Loyal
and Faith Roads. Prop-
erty is located on the
south portion of Faith
Road and all of the
easement for Loyal
Road.
Loyal Road: The south
50' of Lot 3, Block 8
and the south 50' of the
south half of Lot 1,
Block 7, Bar X Tract.
Faith Road: The west 25'
of Lot 3, Block 8 and
the east 25' of the
south half of Lot 1,
Block 7, Bar X Tract.
