Idaho until 2:00 p.m.
Tuesday, August 24,
1999 at which time, the
bids duly submitted will
be opened and read.
Complete specifications
for which the bids are
solicited is available at
the Office of the Public
Works Director, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho. All
bids must be delivered
under scaled cover and
must contain one of the
following forms of bid-
ders
in the
amount of 5% of the
amount bid: Cash,
cashiers check payable
to the city, certified
check payable to the
city, or bidder's bond
executed by a qualified
surety company pay-
able to the city. The
city reserves the right to
accept any and all bids
or to accept the lowest
responsible bid or any
item of any such bid be-
ing the most advanta-
geous to the city.
