GIVEN that the City
Council of the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho will
conduct a public hear-
ing at 7:30 p.m., Sep-
tember 14, 1999 at the
Chubbuck City Office,
5160 Yellowstone Ave-
nue, Chubbuck, Idaho,
with respect to the fol-
lowing item and will
consider:
L An application by
Joshua D. and Camille
Ellis, 706 Washburn,
Chubbuck, Idaho for a
change of Land Use
District, for 706 Wash-
burn, to Limited Resi-
dential (R-2). Property
is presently zoned Sin-
gle Family Residential
(R-1). The recom-
mendation of the Land
Use & Development
Board is to deny the
zone change.
