SUMMARY OF
ORDINANCE NO- 522
An ordinance of the City
of Chubbuck, a munici-
pal corporation of the
state of Idaho, amend-
ing certain portions of
Chapter 15.20 of the
Chubbuck Municipal
Code require that all ap-
plications for building
moving be filed with and
permits therefore be
issued by the Building
Official; shortening the
days for compliance
form ninety (90) days to
sixty (60) days; requiring
that any fees assessed
by assessed pursuant
to Table 1 A of the 1997
Uniform Building Code
or such similar table of
any other or later Build-
ing Code adopted by
the City Council; provid-
ing for the repeal of
conflicting ordinances;
providing that all other
provisions of Chapter
15.20 not amended
shall remain in full force
and effect; providing for
the severability for the
provisions of this ordi-
nance; providing that
this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect
after its passage, ap-
proval and publication
as allowed by law.
