NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN that the Land
Use and Development
Commission of the City
of Chubbuck, Idaho will
conduct a public hear-
ing at 8:00 pm February
5, 1998, at the Chub -
buck City Office, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho, will
respect to the following
item:
1. An application by
Charlie Frasure, 102
Laurel Lane, Chubbuck,
Idaho 83202, for a Pre-
liminary Plat for Frasure
Industrial Park, 1 st Ad-
dition. This Preliminary
Plat would in part
vacate and replace lots
6, 7, and 8 of block 1
and a portion of lot 5
block 1 of Magelby
Manor 1 st addition; and
portions of lot 3 and 4
of Cloverdale Farms. It
would also vacate and
replat a portion of Lau-
rel Lane. Property is
presently zoned Gener-
al Commercial (C-2) and
Industrial (I). This sub-
division is located north
of Chubbuck Road and
East of Yellowstone
Avenue (East of 4900-
5000 block Yellow-
stone).
2. An application by Con
Jenson, 8294 W. Buck-
skin Road, Pocatello,
Idaho, for a replat of
Lariat Lane right of way
and replat of Lot 26
Block 7, and Lot 1
Block 17 of Paradise
Acres Subdivision, and
vacating of Lariat Lane
right of way in Paradise
Acres Subdivision.
Property is presently
zoned Limited Residen-
tial (R-2).
FURTHER NOTICE IS
HEREBY GIVEN that
on February 10, 1998
at the hour of 7:30 pm
in the City Municipal
Building, 5160 Yellow-
stone, the City Council
will hold a public hearing
on the above item to-
gether with the recom-
mendations of the Land
Use and Development
Commission.

CATION IS ON FILE AT
THE CITY OFFICE FOR
YOU TO REVIEW.
