PEALING PRIOR CON-
FLICTING ORDINANC-
ES; PROVIDING FOR
THE SEVERABILITY
OF THE PROVISIONS
OF THIS ORDINANCE;
AND PROVIDING
WHEN THIS ORDI-
NANCE SHALL BE-
COME EFFECTIVE.

THE MAYOR AND
COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CHUBBUCK, IDA-
HO.
Section 1. New Section
10.08.080. The follow-
ing Section 10.08.080
shall be added to the
Chubbuck Municipal
Code:
10.08.080. Restrictions
on Use of Coasters,
Roller Skates, In -Line
Skates, Skateboards,
and Similar Devices. No
person upon roller
skates, in-line skates, or
a skateboard, or riding
in or by means of any
coaster, sled, toy vehi-
cle, or similar devise,
shall go upon any pri-
vate property without
express permission of
the property owner. No
such person shall go
upon a roadway except
while crossing such
roadway in a crosswalk
or when traveling in an
established bicycle lane
or pedestrian path.

become effective upon
its passage, approval
and publication as pro-
vided by law.
