IDAHO, ANNEXING
CERTAIN LANDS TO
BE INCLUDED WITHIN
THE BOUNDARIES
AND JURISDICTIONAL
LIMITS OF THE CITY
OF CHUBBUCK, IDA-
HO; SPECIFYING THE
ZONING CLASSIFICA-
TION WHICH SHALL
BE APPLIED TO SAID
LANDS NEWLY AN-
NEXED TO THE CITY
OF CHUBBUCK; DI-
RECTING THE CHUB -
BUCK CITY CLERK TO
COMPLY WITH THE
FILING REQUIRE-
MENTS CONTAINED IN
IDAHO CODE SECTION
63-2215; REPEALING
PRIOR CONFLICTING
ORDINANCES AND
SPECIFICALLY A POR-
TION OF ORDINANCE
NUMBER 476; PRO-
VIDING FOR THE
SEVERABILITY OF
THE PROVISIONS OF
THIS ORDINANCE;
AND PROVIDING
WHEN THIS ORDI-
NANCE SHALL BE-
COME EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY
THE MAYOR AND
COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CHUBBUCK, IDA-
HO:
Section 1. Annexation.
Certain lands, located
within Bannock County
and contiguous to the
existing boundaries of
the City of Chubbuck,
Idaho wore annexed by
Ordinance Number 476
adopted November 11,
1997 however that Or-
dinance contained an
incorrect legal descrip-
tion of Tracts "B" and
'C". By this Ordinance
the prior Ordinance
Number 476 is repealed
with respect to Tracts
"l3" and "C" and the fol-
lowing described tracts
are hereby annexed
and included within the
boundaries and jurisdic-
tional limits of the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho:
Hiline Acres Development
- Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Hi -
line Acres Development
according to the Record
of Survey thereof on file
with the Bannock Coum
ty Recorder and which
is more particularly do -
scribed on the attached
Exhibit "A".

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
Amer, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daisy newspaper, printed and publishers at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published In the said IDAHO STATS JOURNAL, on the following dales,
to-wh:

That said paper has been continuously and uninterruptedly published
in said County for a period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the publWatlon
of said notice or advertisement and Is a newspaper within the meaning of
the laws of Idaho,
