CHARGE ASSESSED
BY THE CITY TO COM-
PENSATE THE CITY
FOR ITS GENERAL
OVERHEAD; REPEAL-
ING PRIOR CONFLICT-
ING ORDINANCES;
PROVIDING FOR THE
SEVERABILITY OF
THE PROVISIONS OF
THIS ORDINANCE;
AND PROVIDING
WHEN THIS ORDI-
NANCE SHALL BE-
COME EFFECTIVE.

COUNCIL OF THE CITY

Section 1. The following
section 1.04.010 shall
be added to the Chub -
buck Municipal Code:
1.0 .010 Adminis ratio
Charoe. In any instance
where the City is as-
sessing a charge or bill-
ing out the cost of City
employees doing work
that is to be reimbursed
to the City, the City may
add an administrative
charge of ten percent
(10%) of the total
charge for time and ma-
terial to compensate the
City for its overhead and
administrative costs.
