GIVEN that the Land
Use and Development
Commission of the City
of Chubbuck, Idaho will
conduct a public hear-
ing at 8:00 p.m., June
4, 1998 at the Chub -
buck City Office, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho, with
rospect to the following
item:
1. An application by Ida-
ho Power, P.O. Box 70,
Boise, Idaho 83707 for
a Conditional Use Per-
mit to exceed the height
limitation for a 138 KV
Transmission Line to
serve a new substation.
Property is located at
Southeast corner of 1-15
and Chubbuck Road
(approximately 1200 E.
Chubbuck Road). Prop-
erty is presently zoned
Industrial (1).
2. An application by
Charlie Frasure, 102
Laurel Lane, Chubbuck,
Idaho 83202 for a Pre-
liminary Plat for Frasure
Industrial Park, 1 st Ad-
dition. A subdivision lo-
cated north of Chub.
buck Road east of Yel-
lowstone Avenue (east
of 4900-5000 block Yel-
lowstone. Property is
presently zoned Indus-
trial (1).
3. An ordinance of the
City of Chubbuck
amending section
16.12.220 to allow high
density polyethylene
Pipe with thermal fusion
joints as an appropriate
water distribution pipe,
to decrease valve spac-
ing to one thousand
feet and to change the
minimum distance from
a fire hydrant to 250
feet.
4. An ordinance of the
City of Chubbuck ad-
ding section 17.12.400,
410, 420 to adopt a
short plat procedure.
5. An ordinance of the
City of Chubbuck ad-
ding definitions for abut-
ting zero lot line resi-
dence and zero lot line
fire wall to section
18.04.050.
