fuel storage tank and
dispensing system will
be received by the City
of Chubbuck, Idaho at
the office of the City
Clerk, 5160 Yellowstone
Avenue, Chubbuck,
Idaho until 2:00 p.m.,
Tuesday, June 16,
1998 at which time, the
bids duly submitted will
be opened and read. A
complete list of materi-
als and specifications
for which the bids are
solicited is available at
the office of the Public
Works Director, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho. All
bids must be delivered
under sealed cover and
must contain one of the
following forms of bid-
der's security in the
amount of 5% of the
amount bid: Cash,
cashiers check payable
to the city, certified
check payable to the
city, or bidder's bond
executed by a qualified
surety company pay-
able to the city. The city
reserves the right to ac-
cept any nd all bids or
to accep the lowest re
sponsibt bid or any
item ofny such bid
