Commission of the City

conduct a public hear-
ing at 8:00 p.m., August

Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho, with
respect to the following
item:
1. An ordinance of the
City of Chubbuck re-
pealing section
18.20.085 "Infill
Planned Unit Develop-
ment" and adopting
Chapter 18.22 "Infill De-
velopment: to provide
for infill development."
FURTHER NOTICE IS
HEREBY GIVEN that
on August 11, 1998 at
the hour of 7:30 p.m., in
the City Municipal Build-
ing, 5160 Yellowstone,
the City Council will hold
a public hearing on the
above item(s) together
with the recommenda-
tions of the Land Use
and Development Com-
mission.
