FISCAL YEAR BEGIN-
NING OCTOBER 1,
1997 AND ENDING
SEPTEMBER 30,1998;
APPROPRIATING AD-
DITIONAL MONIES
THAT ARE TO BE RE-
CEIVED BY THE CITY
OF CHUBBUCK, IDA-
HO, IN THE SUM OF
$50,869.00, AND PRO-
VIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY
THE MAYOR AND
COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CHUBBUCK, IDA-
HO:
SECTION 1. The ordi-
nance #472, the appro-
priations ordinance for
the City of Chubbuck,
Idaho, for fiscal year
commencing October 1,
1997, and ending Sep-
tember 30, 1998, be
and the same is hereby
amended as follows;
That the additional sum
of $50,869.00 be ap-
propriated out of the
revenues from a Feder-
al Grant and Tax Incre-
ment Monies to be
used for authorized ac-
tivities.
SECTION 2. This ordi-
nance shall be in full
force and effect from
and after its passage,
approval and publica-
tion.
PASSED by the City
Council and AP-
PROVED by the Mayor
of the City of Chubbuck,
Idaho, this 22nd Day of
September, 1998.
